| Sillian Mckenzie | I'm only giving this place 1 star, only because the sales representative that worked with me was pleasant when helping me with my order. Other than that, this place and the rest of the company apparently has the wrong idea of what Customer Service is. After setting an initial set date and time when the merchandise that I paid for would be delivered, it never came. Aaron's doesn't have the courtesy to give their customers a call to let them know that something has come up and they'll need to reschedule the delivery. Not only that these guys can't even pass a simple inspection to get on a military installation to deliver to soldiers' homes. If you offer a delivery service, make sure your affairs are in order to do so. And as for Dakota, the “Sales Manager”, catching an attitude with your customers because they're concerned about the whereabouts of merchandise that they've already paid for is not how you conduct business. And that's most certainly not how you start off a business relationship with a new customer at your store. Your customers expect the best from you, so you need to provide that whether you want to do your job or not. I will tell everyone that you guys aren't giving your customers their merchandise that they've paid for. |
