Last year my daughter had some drain issues that others tried to scam her over and take her money and never fixed the problem. They are not an AC company but the main AC went into a main drain out that was clogged. Even though it was an AC drain he knew me being in San Antonio i couldn't just run right over to my pregnant daughters house to help out. So he treated it like any other drain clog went and cleared it for us on a moments notice. Great personality and great service.

Wow. I wanted/needed a new water heater installed TODAY. All I got from the plumbing companies around here was that they'd set up an appointment to come look in 2 days, 3 days, or next week...and that didn't mean I'd get the installation even then...they'd just come look to give me an estimate, then who knows when after that they'd actually get to the job. I am not one to give up easily, LOL. I took a chance and called AAA Drain Cleaning--and I didn't even call until afternoon, told Joe that I needed/wanted a water heater changed out TODAY, that I couldn't go buy it myself because I couldn't haul it, and fully expected to get the usual runaround. Not so! Even though I was not able to give Joe the correct info simply because I don't understand how all that stuff works, the young man who came was still able to make it all work with a minimum of fuss, was very courteous, cleaned up after himself better than most men ;, and was gone less than 3 hours after I'd made the initial call. I now have clean hot water. Again, the speed and quality of service is just something that a person doesn't find these days at ANY price, and these folks did not overprice this job.
