Floyd called & did not accommodate my scheduled, requested time frame & service operator was rude & NOT customer friendly or helpful in resolving this scheduling conflict. I now have to cancel clients & miss important business appointments to be at my home to accommodate Floyd's busy schedule & to get my appliances fixed before leaving out of town. This is very disappointing & I would refer all of my friends to Home360, Inc. They are reliable & the customer is top priority. |
