| JoAnn Doolos | The first time I went, after hearing good things from my neighborhood Next-door, they were super friendly and threw in the hoses for the washer for "no extra charge". I really thought they should have done this, but they were also just a little lower on cost than my usual good place of business. A month later, I needed a dryer, so I went back. I reminded them I'd just recently been there to buy the washer. This time there was no "free extra" on anything. Everything was full price, and they even tried to charge me to rotate the dryer door opening, once it was delivered, and I discovered it was opening the wrong way. I called the owner and had to leave a message that I did NOT want to pay the 30 charge to rotate the door. It had only taken the men 5-10 minutes to do this. The owner did not call me back and did not charge me the extra 30. I'm really not sure how I'd rate them now. I purchased two appliances, within two months, neither were discounted, but I had a "bad taste in my mouth" with the second purchase. I bought from the same owner both times. The store is owned by several brothers. "What gives?" |
