I would give no stars if that was an option. Our geothermal heat pump quit working Friday. We called first thing Saturday to get a tech to come service it. My husband talked to an answering service twice Saturday morning. They transferred him to a technician who told him he would be here after lunch. Obviously his lunch time is different than ours. At 4:00 PM, my husband called back & got the answering service again. She told him she would contact the tech & he would call us back. That never happened. Louisiana heat is bad enough without getting a run around from a company that you paid to for the heatpump & this is the service they give you? Well, not where I come from! Today, Sunday, another tech called & walked my husband thru checking everything he could think of. Still no air, but the tech today went above & beyond by trying to get the thing to work over the phone. So....tomorrow we will call someone who will actually service the unit for us. And, I assure you it will not be the company we bought it from! All they want it seems is to sell you the unit, but not service it when it quits working.
