I recently purchased a new washer and dryer set. Unfortunately, when I called to follow-up on delivery date and time, I learned there was going to be a delay. I was very disappointed and asked for assistance. The person who answered the phone was very polite and transferred me to the appropriate department. However, the call was lost in transfer, but because they already had my cell number, I immediately received a call back from Jimmy who patiently listened to my concern about the delay in delivery. He said Lowe's would happy to work with me on changing out for another set that was in stock if I that's what I preferred. After coming into the Lowe's store Jimmy was busy with another customer but, immediately requested the assistance of Drake. Drake was also very understanding and immediately worked to ensure I had a set that was in stock and available for delivery within 2 days! I can't thank each of theses guys enough for working with me. And, I had the opportunity to let their Manager, Kenny know how much I appreciated all of them. I've done business with Lowes's for many years and as always you provided excellent service. THANK YOU!!!

If I need a part for something in my home, Lowe's has it, whether it's a ten-cent bolt for my outer front door, or uber-expensive new windows to fill my entire house. This store is HUGE. I could wander around for days, filling cart after cart, if only I had an unlimited budget and a crew to push around my buggies! It's actually hard not to get lost looking for myriad wants and needs. Fun, fun, fun!

Very dissatisfied with customer service pertaining to delivery & set up! Brand new range delivered to my home, but was unaware that you must purchase a new cord in order for the warranty to be honored which was not a problem, but then I had to return to the store purchase the cord then schedule another appointment for them to return and finish the installation process. Such an inconvenience.

I just can't stay away

There is an employee at the Lowe's on the Southside of Paducah, all I know him by is Chris. He was very helpful to my sister as well as myself . He helped us find everything we needed and tried to keep us as close to our budget as he possibly could which is very important. He was very courteous and professional he's the reason my sister and I will be returning to that store again.
