didn't have my part in stock but were very helpful in finding the right part, honest people, don't find to many now days. I live out of state and they could have taken advantage, but chose to be honest.

I am extremely happy with the work Allen Haase provides. He is knowledgeable, fair and always keeps you updated on parts, etc. He has worked on my personal appliances and at the business I manage. He needs no supervision very trust worthy and honorable. Allen did work for me when he was with his previous employer. When he went to work for Paducah Appliance I was fortunate in finding him again. No matter where Allen works he will always have my business.
