Was lied to many times owe we will take care of it' they said. Never did finally they got it right there 5th time. Had a add on the web site first month free. I got a confirmation order saying my first payment would be due a month later. Just to be told the was not honoring the add. Like seriously needs much work on customer satisfaction. So I went to rent-a- center were it literally took me 20 minutes to complete order and they delivered same day. And honored the add. |
| Michelle Parks | Very dissatisfied, we have had our washer and dryer since March and they were good with our payments. We aren't even a whole month late this time and get threatened about having warrents put out on us because I haven't made October payment. No apologies were given, nothing done to make it right. I was told they would be there to pick them up at 830am today and didn't show up till after 11am. I will never deal with this company again. I will gladly go else where to shop. Considering I have 2 kids to wash clothes for this is a huge inconvenience for me. |
