| J.B. Chadwell | I was referred to him by Wolf. I had him come to Corbin, granted a long drive for him, but he agreed to come for 250. He told us he has a 30 day free guarantee. So, he came and was unable to fix my stove. He said it was a gas problem and spent about ten minutes at the house. Delta gas was there 15 minutes later and said there was just air in the gas line and they let the gas run for a few minutes and then it worked. So, we call him back and tell him that the stove still isn't working but then he says it will be another 120 just to come out despite his free guarantee. None of these prices include parts as expected. Then, we questioned him about his 30 day free guarantee and he said that he has to incorporate the long drive into the price. That's not what a free 30 day guarantee means. Even so, gas for the trip would surely not amass over 40. So, for my first and review in my lifetime, I do not recommend this company for its fraudulent claims and incompetence. |
