Appliance Repair by Blue Dot Services in Topeka, Kansas

Talked to them at the Home Show. One of the owners came to my recently purchased house and had already done his due diligence by looking my sq footage up in property records. He already decided to up my tonnage of my AC as he didn't think what I had was adequate which is what I suspected. Happy with the furnace I purchased too. Installation in two weeks. Well prepared.

We had an issue at a commercial building with an insurance claim that they knew when they came out. Weeks later, Nick the plumber came to my personal residence demanding payment at 730 in the morning. Very unprofessional. I have dealt with others there that have been helpful, but due to his behavior, we will never go there again.

I can tell you that my morning commute on Gage Blvd is a little more worrisome every time a Blue Dot van pulls out of the business. I've almost gotten sideswiped twice by an overzealous Blue Dot driver whom is too impatient to wait for me to pass before pulling out. I had to swerve lanes which is obviously dangerous, this morning as I swerved lanes the driver pulled back into the median, apparently having not seen me or something. Twice in just a month or so this has happened and I've seen it happen to other people as well. I get that there's work that needs to be done in a timely manner, but if I get into a wreck because of the poor driving of Blue Dot then I'm going to be livid. I can't say I've used Blue Dot before, but I certainly don't want to now that I've almost been wrecked by their drivers twice now between the 7:30-8:00 hour...
