The guy I talked to said this was not good enough information and I needed to call the service center of my appliance to get the part for him, then he could look it up. I said then what good are you, and he said I have the part you need and laughed at me. I have never been treated this bad from a business before. They must have plenty of business to be able to treat customers like this. This guy was the most rude and arrogant person I have ever dealt with. |
