They ask for your mail,email and phone number yet they never contact you about the payment reminders or so. They have you setup for autopay and eventually make you pay more than what you need to payi owe them 500 but they made me pay1200. Overall i would say not to do business with them and empty your hard earn money. |

| Ebony Tucker | If I would've known then what I know now, I would have rode right past Ashley Furniture. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. They do not treat their customers with care and honor, instead you get lied to and taken advantage of. Also, if you do decide to do business with them read all of the fine print and get everything in writing or record your visit there because they will lie and scheme to get you to sign a contract and then once you sign you are stuck. There are many hidden fees that they do not make you aware of until it's too late and you're already signed the contract. No one ever allows you to speak to a manager as a matter of fact when I was tired of the run around I asked for the managers direct line I was given the wrong number and I still have yet to receive a call or meet the manager face to face. They are a bunch of crooks and you need to steer clear away from this place. Would give them a 0 star rating if it was an option. Take my advice and drive right past this place and spend your money with a company that value and appreciate their customer |
