I would not recommend you use these people. I had them give me a quote to install an electric water heater I already own and to replace the existing water lines with Pex 5 fixtures in a small house all within 10' of the water heater. The estimate they gave was 4600, I'll be kind and say they pulled that number out of the air and not another orifice... If you receive an estimate like I did that isn't itemized by cost of materials and hours / rate per hour, don't use them. They're just throwing a number out and seeing if you're dumb enough to pay it. Legitimate contractors don't have a problem with showing you why they're charging you what they are.

Had our furnace checked, in the past we had a tech that explained what and why he checked things and let us know that everything was fine. This year they had a young guy come in; didn't say a word except "sign here" and took off. They also tried to slip a much higher price through, instead of what we agreed on. I will not call them back for my house, or my business.

Pipes froze this winter. They worked with us every step of the way making sure we understood everything that was going to happen. Very respectable people!
