| Julia Dannen | Mixed feelings about this store owner. I purchased my washer and dryer at this store for the first time. Everything was great during the purchase process and the owner David was in constant communication with me about the details and such. However, when the washing machine and the dryer got installed in my house, the installers noticed a small dent on the washing machine and I noticed a small paint chip off on the side of it. Upon our mutual agreement, David reimbursed me for the damages and said he would provide the paint to spot it. Well, I have been trying to get hold of him about the paint, and he is neither replying nor returning my phone calls. Small things matter the most. |

Both are nonexistent at many stores. Think again if you believe that you have to Des Moines for competitive prices. Save time and money .. just go see Dave. |
