They have been servicing our appliances for many years, including a built-in microwave, an oven, a washer, and most recently a new refrigerator that was just out of warranty. Tony is a genius, and we always trust him to make our appliances work again. Our refrigerator started giving us problems before the one year warranty was up, and the GE technician was unable to solve the problem. So we called Duncan when the same issue arose, and Tony took the entire freezer portion apart to find the problem, something the previous technician was unwilling to do. We highly recommend Duncan and will always call them when we have an appliance problem. |

He felt strongly right off the bat that it would be best to buy a new fridge but he spent a lot of time researching and diagnosing the problem before just condemning it and moving on to the next job. Although I need a new fridge I would absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend them! Honesty and integrity that is much needed in today's society! |
