Billie Somer | My washer was not spinning at all. Called this number and finally decided to go with them since same day appointment was available and service fee gets applied to the repair. I would grade them A plus for being on time, doing their best and getting my washer done same day even though a part was replaced. Plus estimates and charges were reasonable. |
Alan Scarlett | The initial impression was great. The scheduler took down our issue and we were notified of the techs arrival 30 minutes prior as expected. Our tech Theodore was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor read - money at a guess. Unfortunately our fridge was beyond reasonable repair, but I still give these folks 5 stars. They did their best and will be on the top of our list. |
Jake Cannon | Terrible experience. They charge a 60 service fee to have someone come out. The contractor who doesn't work for them directly they send out will ask for a cash payment and does not have any form of invoice to provide. The "service fee" is supposed to go towards the total cost of the repair, but it doesn't work out this way. I had them replace 1 small piece of equipment and the contractor asked me for a cash payment of 100 and told me he was giving me a discount. So in total, I paid 160 to have 1 piece of equipment that would cost no more than 10 replaced and after several calls to them I still have yet to receive an invoice. I'd take your business elsewhere. |
