Wesley White | Great supply store with reasonable prices. Unsatisfied with the quality and quantity of the seeds sold in the Gardening department. Very friendly associates. |
rlschanlaub . | Great experience here at the old Home Depot. Had a question in the tool section and got an educated, friendly answer. Friendly greeting at checkout. Store was clean, and well stocked and I easily got everything I came for quickly. |
Kristie Conrad | We used Home Depot in Auburn for our carpet and hard surface install. The price was good. Oh boy do you get what you pay for. We are removing carpet from the living room and then continuing laminate already in kitchen into the living room. When the tech came out to measure I was clear that I wanted a clean transition from kitchen to LR, no transition strip. Kitchen and living room should match. When the installers came we once again confirmed no transition strip. I was told by the installer that he couldn't do that so I requested to speak to a manager. After a few conversations he assured me that he thought he could get it done but would call me if any issues. No phone calls came! Went to look at the finished product only to find a transition strip in the middle of my room. When I called to complain they argued with me about so I finally just gave up. The next day they are back to finish the install, installing 1/4 round. When I come back to look that night they installed grey 1/4 round not the white like I requested, to match my kitchen. I call, again, to complain. There were so many other issues with this install. We also had carpet installed in 4 rooms. Unfinished carpet areas in one room, still not transition at the door into another room. Raw edges on the grey 1/4 round. 3 days later and my install is still not complete. I sent pictures to both Home Depot and the installer. No one seems to care about the shabby work I received. I would recommend paying the additional cost to someone else. I am very unsatisfied with the service I received. |
