I always call down and make the payment or I take them cash on time but yesterday they once again took the money out of my account without my permission. This time I was told that there was nothing they can do and then they hung up on me. I then called corporate and was told that the regional manager would call me. I never got a call. |

Not being able to run right out and buy another one out right, I stopped by our aarons in Auburn, IN. That is where I met Lance, after explaining to him my issue he sprang into action and set me up with a very nice Samsung 55in Smart TV...I have since paid it off....Because of the Awesome Customer Service received ther will repurchasing my TV, when my washer and Dryer went out, There was no question where I was going to purchase a new set from....Now I know I'm spending more money than I would going right out and buying a new set. But I dont mind spending extra money to recive Top of the Line Customer Service....Thanks guys and keep up the Awesome Work!! |
