He also wrote an extensive notation on the service invoice which helped me to explain to my sister the owner that her current expensive microwave has received terrible reviews and less expensive models are equally fine. | Wonder Woman | Late last Wednesday, Dean responded to my call quickly. He came out Thursday morning. Arrived at agreed upon time. Fixed my dryer on the spot. He even had the parts with him. No waiting, no hassle. Very professional man, friendly, knowledgeable, and just an overall good guy. I get super anxious before anyone comes into my personal space. He is not a greasy, creepy repair guy. What a relief! All good vibes. His demeanor is refreshing and my dryer is working like new and I am just so grateful! Fair price too. He even vacuumed out the inside of the dryer. Would definitely call again. |
