| jimmy kang | Joe over at general parts was easy to talk to and nice. I needed to get a thermostat replaced in a deck oven which should not than a hour tops confirmed by marsal and sons. Since I did not have the correct tools at the store, I figured I could call someone out to do the job figuring it would be a couple hundred dollars. I had requested they send a experienced tech but the one they sent out took two hours to do the swap out. One hour was spent trying to push the thermal sensor through a hole. In total I ended up paying over 500 for the labor. I cannot recommend this company. |

He has also explained every issue I had with certain equipment & what I can do to prevent it from happening again. I have had General Parts technicians come out at other locations I've worked at over the years & none of them have given me the customer service or patience that Dave has given me!
