| Tracey Li | How is this place still in business? Quite possibly the biggest scam on the planet. Our mixer broke down and we called Anderson Brothers for help. We needed it to be fixed ASAP, and we expressed this to them. The first time they came, they couldn't get it done. Told us they needed to transport the mixer back to their facility to get it fixed there. Charged us 350 for simply "trying." Fine. Turns out it did not need to be transported back so we scheduled another appointment with them because we were in desperate need to get it fixed. The next day, they told us they'd be there at 10AM. Did not show up. Turns out, they were backed up and insisted that we would have to pay the technician overtime if we wanted it fixed that day. We were so desperate we said yes to time and a half but we were advised we should just schedule it for the next day. Not sure if these technicians are just honest or simply lazy. I'm leaning towards the latter. THREE days later, the technician shows up late and THE MACHINE IS STILL NOT FIXED. He suggested we trade our mixer, worth thousands of dollars, in for 500. Charged us another 600 for DOING THE BARE MINIMUM. In the end, we were able to fix it by ourselves. Now I know how they manage to stay in business. By scamming people like us! Safe to say, I will NEVER be doing business with this company again, and I advise you to reconsider using this place. |
