| Chip Spurlock | How do you put GREAT service, people, and work into words?? Found myself stranded in Decatur on the side of the road truck broke down. Made a few calls to some local repair shops and none of them had any openings. Paceley's was covered up also. A gentleman by the name of John got on the phone. I explained my situation to him. He had me drop my truck off to take a look. John managed to work me in that afternoon. The truck had more problems then expected. John fixed every issue with my truck and got me back on the road. To my surprise he stayed late on that Friday to finish all the repairs. That amount of courtesy and determination to get me home for the weekend was Greater then words can describe. So I will end this review by saying this shop is the BEST I have ever been to hands down. Thanks |
| Ashliegh Shoultz | Great customer service. I called about my back brakes. They got me in the next day. I dropped off my vehicle at 730am and i recieved a call by 930am telling me exact what was wrong and how much it would be. They were able to completely replace my rotors, calipers and brakes the same day. I picked up my vehicle at 4pm the same day completely repaired and ready to go. They were super friendly and explained what exactly was going on. Definitely going to come back for other repairs. |
