They are warm, friendly, respectful of my home by wearing booties and just seemed to have been raised by good mothers. I've used Mr. Appliance a couple times, now, and have been pleased with the service. My only negative comment is that I feel their service fee is high at 90. While it's appreciated that they deduct this if they actually do the repair, it's still an additional 90 when the expense to fix the appliance is too expensive and you end up buying a new appliance.

They came to LeRoy a couple days after I called. One of my springs had broken that keeps barrel of washing machine balanced. 2 days later they had spring and put it on it only took a few minutes.
