Purchased a laptop from them refurbished with a quality guarantee from a friend that worked there claiming that it was in good shape. It worked well for a few months, yet it has become consistently problematic these last few weeks as I'm.beginning school. Poor timing perhaps. Otherwise they don't do their due diligence in researching these laptops.

I love El-Genes! When i moved into my new apartment, i was told by the internet company that i wasn't going to be able to run ethernet back into my office. Needless to say, i was bummed and was thinking that i was going to need to buy a wifi card. However, El-Genes recommended to me something called a power line adapter. They pointed it out to me on their shelves, and a year later, those things are still going strong! Love being able to have powerful ethernet back in my office despite what the internet company told me.
