| Aaron Dalling | Sears is an absolute joke for a company. We bought a Kenmore Elite fridge 3 years ago from them. When it quite cooling I called sears multiple times but the response was that their were no technicians available. When I would ask how that could be they had no answer. I even got hung up on once. Finally I had another repair company out and they replaced the condenser which was still on warranty. Sears refused to cover it because it was not a Sears certified technician that replaced it even thought they had told me they had no technicians available. Please don't buy from Sears for your own good. Just so everyone knows I emailed Justin based on his response below and he never got back to me. Quality customer service at its best. |
