Should be irrelevant if someone worked on it previously, told me they can't help me. So looks like they don't need our business. UPDATE since I can't reply to the reply just written to my post. First of all, I did not hang up. Second of all, nice try but before I could even explain the situation it was not worked on TWICE, I did say that your company will be paid for any repair or diagnostic done in full! Your representative didn't want to hear it and said, "sorry I can't help you". I was shocked! Your policy is your policy - you don't need my business. Fortunately I secured another Maui appliance company for service they will get paid in full for. Mahalo |
