Had regular scheduled maintenance that often found additional problems needing repair. Believe we have been ripped off. When told we would no longer use Scott's for our AC repair and maintenance we never received a call back by anyone expressing concern about our experiences and decision, it offers to make us a satisfied customer. |
| javier barberi | Very poor customer service, setup an appointment to install an ice machine, they called the day before just before they closed to cancel with no reschedule date. After finally getting a hold of someone they told me that they cant do the install till next week and that I should probably find another company to do it. Sad that this is the way they conduct business and treat their clients. |
