Awesome service! Had a freak incident that happened with my Samsung Oven glass. Quan went above and beyond to get the strange part to the islands as possible. He kept me in the loop during the whole process which was awesome. When it was time to fix the oven Quan was flexible with the date to fix it and was able to work around my work schedule. When Quan came to fix the oven he was extremely professional and fast at what he does. Had it fixed in 15 minutes! Quan is a great guy to talk to and shows much Aloha while at your home. I was referred to Oahu Appliance from Home Depot's extended warranty provider. I had been given an appointment date & approximate window hour of arrival. The Technician called me on the morning of my appointment to provide me an estimated 2-3 hour time window that he would arrive at the house. He called me again in the afternoon just prior to leaving his last job, to inform me that he was on his way. He arrived at my home as stated, asked me a few questions about the problem I was having with my Samsung refrigerator icemaker & immediately determined what the problem was. His company van was stocked with the replacement part that I needed, so he was able to remove, replace the part & complete the repair on this same visit.
