Took care of a problem with my mother in law's refrigerator today. She is raving about how courteous technician Caleb was, he was exactly on time, great with communication, fixed the problem, had asked ahead so he had the right part in his truck, and gave out his phone number to check back in the evening to make sure it was truly fixed. She's very happy. We've had many good experiences like today's with Cook's over the years.

When no one else would even return my phone call, let alone come out to the house, Cook's not only answered the phone, they came out to the house and replaced our very annoyingly placed water heater. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a water heater replaced or any other appliance repair.

We had to call Robbie Cook and his team for help. We had a 5:30 appointment but was told if our schedule changed let them know and they would try to come out early. I called to let them know we would be home by 3:30 by 4 o'clock Caleb was here. He was very knowledgeable and had wonderful manners. I was so worried that we would have to have a new refrigerator but after talking to Robbie on the phone he assured me that we did not need a new one he could fix the one we had and sure to his word that is what he and his team did.
