| the cool boys pups | If I could I would give 0 stars. I purchased Elite warranty when I baught my dishwasher. I took 4 month.....4 freaking months to fix it. Seats only had 1 tech in the area and they were horrible never called us to let us know what was going on with our parts order. Theu replaced the same part twice then 2 other oats. Every time it took over 3 weeks for the part to come in. Not sure what this Elite warranty covers but sears just kept passing the buck to the repair company. When I called sears multiple time to let them know what was going on with the repair company they would just say "theres nothing we can do" so in closing sears did NOTHING for us no wonder they are going out of business. What a sneaky horrible company. |
