We did our research and decided to call Absolute first thing Monday morning. Much to my surprise, my wife texted me a little bit ago and told me that Alex showed up right on time, diagnosed our problem, went to his vehicle to get the part and installed it perfectly....all before noon! I could not believe it. Call Absolute at 9am, and the repair done before noon???? Really???? What a great company to do business with! Oh, I forgot to mention, the price was very, very reasonable.
