Products were TERRIBLE and customer service was EVEN WORSE. I wish I could give this review negative stars. Over the last year or so, I've purchased numerous machines dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators, etc. from this Max Appliances and come to start realizing that the quality of the appliances are absolutely terrible. I've had multiple machines stop working within a one year time frame from purchasing and even as soon as 4 months. They provided me with a warranty but when I advised that one of their machines was not working properly, they proceeded to tell me that it was my responsibility, even while it was supposedly still under warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! |
