| Carlos Guisao | One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The lack of professionalism from this place simply blows my mind. First of, I got tired of continuing to bring my equipment for repair because it seems that the technician did not have a clue as of how fix the root of the problem or to be able to fix the problem at all. Then, he decided to take the equipment apart to clean it, which to my surprise he was able to do. The next day we had an appointment to get the equipment set up, I had to call in to the place multiple times for a time set for which the technician was late for. Bottom line, the problem was NOT with the equipment but with the gas intake of the equipment. After seen the lack of professionalism, I was forced to go to another place because I simply got tired of excuses and "I do not know what is happening". I would not come near this place, nor recommend that people should give it the most minimum amount of trust to this organization at all. |
