| Cecelia Sumner | Jetson damaged my door jam while delivering appliances. They put 18 extra holes in my door jam while trying to rehang the door. Jetson has not made a satisfactory repair. All I'm asking is they fix the damage and they are refusing to do so. Below there is a comment from the owner asking me to contact them. Which I did. Still no reply, In my opinion, they added this comment to pretend they are concerned. I have called many times, spoken to BBB and the state. Consumers have no protection from this type of damage. Beware of using Jetson. They are unscrupulous. |
