| Phawn Albritton | Was told technician would arrive between 245PM-5PM. At 5PM no call nor tech arrived. I called the local number, it was already shut down and I had to talk to the "nationwide" call center. I was told THREE different times by 3 different reps that they were going to contact dispatch and PROMISED me that dispatch would call me right back. Those calls took place on my end at 5PM, 530PM & 6PM. It's now 705PM and NOBODY has called me!!! Horrible service - the WORST! At least call to let a customer know tech NOT coming!! |
