Appliance Repair by A-1 Quality TV in Vero Beach, Florida

I had A Walmart /Asurion claim that was given to A1 to handle. I read the reviews before I received service and was very skeptical. However, after dealing with them, I have to say I'm very satisfied. They called a day before the scheduled arrival to confirm, and were extremely informative and thorough. They were very quick to submit the necessary information to Asurion to keep the claim moving forward less than 24 hours. Also very nice and professional. Obviously I can't speak to the other experiences, but this one was certainly a positive one.

Horrible service! They order the "broken parts" for your microwave without even coming to the house and looking at the microwave oven. Then they call you to schedule appointment, and they never show up. They call you a second time and don't show up again. When calling them to ask why they didn't show up, they say that the appointment wasn't never confirmed!!! WHEN THEY CALLED THE DAY PRIOR to CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT! Such a lack of service, professionalism and responsibility. Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND REPORT THEM WITH ASURION SO THEY STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.

Similar to others, I have had zero help from this company. I never received a phone call. After waiting over a week, I called only to be told hastily that parts were on order. I called back three days later and was told parts were in and someone could install the parts tomorrow. I waited all day and nothing. I called and was told that service would not be for three days. When service did come, they brought a refurbished part that was visibly missing components. The tech even said so. TV was not fixed but the owner closed the ticket stating the parts were installed and I needed to contact Asurion. I contacted Asurion and complained about this company.
