He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable! After that didn't work, he came right out and checked every single thing on our fridge and was able to replace a part and verify that was the only issue. I'm so glad he had us try the first thing because if that would've worked it would've saved us a lot of money which was nice! That being said once we had the repair done the price was very reasonable and included the cost of him coming the first time to inspect the issue. Very fair, VERY FRIENDLY phone agents, and prompt!
