Carole Vonderschmidt | I am sad to say that the service this company provides is very poor. I had an issue with my new TV and the manufacturer had this repair business do the repairs. The TV never was repaired correctly. This business did little to no communication with the manufacturer or myself for 20 days of having my TV, to resolve my TV issues. I finally googled the VP of the manufacturer, emailed him and got resolution to the situation, in only 2 days. I am getting a refund on the defective TV. That this business got paid to repair . Frustrated beyond anymore words. Caution to those looking for honest tv repair service. |
BILL CUMBIE | We are sorry Carole Vonderschmidt gave the review she did but as everyone knows there are two sides to every story. Her television was repaired and played at the shop with no issues. We asked her to come by so we could show her that the television was connected to the internet and she refused. She had a router that was over 20 years old and we have learned that even though your router is connecting to other devices when it is not connecting to the television it is because a new router is needed especially when it will connect to other routers. We contacted her many times and most times we left messages on her phone which she says she did not get. We were in contact with Service Power and LG throughout the whole process and the technicians at LG agreed with us that if the television was functioning at the shop then there was a problem with her router and not with the television. When we tried to bring the television back she told us to not bring it back because she did not want it if it would not connect with the router she had. LG and Service Power said there were not any other parts we could replace since the television was functioning. We are glad she got a new television but we are not responsible for the television she had not connecting to her internet. |
