AVOID! They have completely unethical and borderline criminal billing practices! Long story short... they make up random amounts to charge customer credit cards without providing an estimate, an invoice or any other sort of explanation whatsoever. When asked to provide an invoice explaining the itemized breakdown of charges, they refused until I paid them a deposit on work that hadn't even been started yet. After canceling that service, they then attempted to extort almost 700 from us by refusing to return our 'deposit'. When you talk to them, they don't even ask about the work done. They don't ask if we're happy. They simply demand money over and over again as if they're a collection agency or something! We've disputed ALL of their fraudulent charges and will be more than happy to battle them on this as far as we have to. If you get Bobbie Durso on the phone... run! She'll do nothing for you except act like she's trying to help while charging your credit card on the sly. We literally had to cancel our credit card to prevent them from charging it over and over again for absolutely nothing! I've never dealt with such a dishonest company in my entire career! Do yourself a favor and call their competitor instead or they WILL steal money from you under the disguise of an honest business operation.

While I have not complaints about the technician who installed my new Jackson under the counter dishwasher, the total cost to me was 730 and an addition 260 to the manufacturer. They sent two technicians to move the old dishwasher to the curb. They did not have the proper device to move the appliance, so they had to borrow my hand truck. They charged me 1.5 hours for the extra technician and 4 hours to install. The rates are 115 for the first half hour and 115 for each hour thereafter. It should not cost 1,000 to install a small dishwasher with all ;plumbing and electrical in place. I was apparently charged for the technician sitting in the car preparing an invoice, which I had to sign for before I even received it. I truly believe, that while the work is satisfactory, they are padding bills and overcharging customers. I won't use them again.
