Unfortunately, I'm unable to give 0 stars. I paid 85 for someone to come diagnose why my A/C isn't working. The guy says there's low refrigerant so there's a leak, and because he didn't see anything wet outside, he said I needed a new coil. I was quoted 2700 for coil replacement. Because he did not actually do anything to locate the leak or confirm it was the coil, I did not trust this company and had someone else come out who actually tested and located leak on outside unit that I'm getting fixed with refrigerant refill for over 2000 less. Do NOT trust this company to honestly diagnose your system!! That's 85 I wasted for an inaccurate diagnosis.

I got home from work at 4:00, realized my air wasn't working, and called them at 4:15. I had never been a customer of theirs before. The service tech was here by 5pm, and he fixed the problem in no time! Our house is cooling down, and I am so happy with the service I received. I will definitely be coming back for every future need!

After recieving 9500 for an install i was left to foot a 2500 bill for damage done to my vehicle from their technicians that came to do an all day install at my residence. You can go to their website to view pictures i posted of the damage. That is 2500 BEFORE having to hire an attorney and a 200 tow bill each way, to and from shop and storage fees for sitting at the shop for over a month now, chasing the AC companies owner and the insurance company down for ANY information/updates on my car. David assured me "it would be taken care of". Meanwhile he strung me along for over a month to then just tell me he isn't fixing it the insurance company denied my claim, stating he's not liable. THEY WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE ON MY PROPERTY ALL DAY LONG, NOT ANOTHER SOUL SET FOOT ON MY PROPERTY BESIDES THEM. Seems pretty cut and dry to me, i also have photographic evidence supporting my claim also my neighbor who helped me wash my vehicle the day prior to them coming no damage, magically the morning after they did install I've got 2500 worth of damage. ISN'T THAT SOMETHING?! I also have a slew of messages with David, him telling me not to worry it'll be handled, ....so on so forth. I made a statement to David asking him why it was, that I was having to chase him, AND the insurance company down for ANY information pertaining to my damages, he then reassured me that i didn't have to do anything he was taking care of it. GUESS WHAT? HE'S FULL OF S&IT! I wrote a bad review here as soon as it happened, he spoke with my step father and asked me to remove it which i did and he would fix it, well he went back on his word. I generally start buying Christmas presents for my 5 year old daughter around this time of year, I now have to forego doing that in order to hire a lawyer in order to get the damages that were caused by his technicians fixed also pay for the 200 each way tow bill and also the storage fees included in this whole mess that his company caused me. This is absolutely infuriating frustrating stressful and ridiculous that he is show hell bent on screwing over a disabled person who lives on a fixed income who cannot possibly afford to fix what his company caused for me. He is an underhanded liar who blows smoke. I bet his kid is going to have a great Christmas this year, My daughter can thank him for more than likely not having such a great 1 due to the fact that I now have to go through all this stressful hassle in order to get my vehicle back to the way it was before they showed up. This all could have been avoided had his text came in the house and asked me to move my vehicle if they felt it was going to be in their way or damaged in any way possible, They didn't do that. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your air conditioning needs because this company if they happen to damage anything on your property will not be paying for it but they sure will take your money!!! They got 9500 for the install that they did and stiffed me for probably close to 5000 all said and done. Thanks a lot David! If anyone is intrested to hear more about my story please feel free to message me I'll tell you it start to finish how this all played out and how David is hell bent on screwing people and taking your money after the fact. This in no way is an attempt at extortion or blackmail it's just an attempt to get my vehicle back to the way it was before you guys showed up at my house and damaged it. David also threatened to Sue me for blackmail amongst other things for my bed review because he said I wasn't a customer, Here's a news Flash for you David number one you came to my house so I am a customer whether or not I was the 1 who paid for it, Number 2 this is public domain, this is a public website, meaning anyone and everyone, can leave you a review on your company in what went on during the time that you were at anyone's house working.
