| Merritt | The worst customer service!!!! Wish I could leave 0 stars. Scheduled an appointment and told them we needed first thing in the morning said okay then they call the day before to confirm that they would be out in the afternoon with a 4 hour window, so rescheduled for the following week same thing first thing in the morning.....no problem they said.....now a week later they call to confirm and say they will be out in the afternoon again with a 4 hour window! Now they say they will reschedule again out another week......I already know this isn't going to go well! Had the same problem last time I needed service from them so it seems to be the norm for them. |
