He even called 15-20min before his arrival to let us know he was on his way. When he got here, he got right to work and was finished within 15min or so. After fixing initial problem with the auger, he went the extra step to change the water level to the proper amount and change out the flapper so it would perform better. He even chatted it up with my husband a little before heading out. Overall, he was a respectable businessman who runs his own company and we would highly recommend. |
