If I could give ZERO stars I would. I would not use this place again. We took in a washer for repair and were told it was in good shape and could be repaired. The circuit board was bad and gave a specific code. The repair was done and the washer was used 4 times until we got the same code again. We called and took the washer back in. This time, we were told that the machine had another circuit board and it was now bad. The first repair was 360.00 and it would now cost that much or more to repair again. When I told them I did not want to repair again at an additional cost and that I would just sell the part they replaced on E-bay and that I needed the invoice because I was not going to repair again for the same code as the first repair and just as much money the son informed me they had used a part they already had and it was used. He claimed he told my husband that, but my husband said that he told him he would let him know if he had to use a used part and he did not mention it after it was repaired. I asked that they purchase the used part back and they refused and said they would not be able to do that. I do not know these people, but they do not seem like honest people and do not care that we threw away 360.00 based on their recommendation. Their statement was "sometimes that happens." This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason. They do not care about the customer. I had to purchase a new washer, which I wish I would have done in the first place.
