Chris Barraza | 2 years ago bought a washer and dryer, great price, got the job done. Dryer lasted a year, when Corey heard it went out he offered to replace it. I declined I already bought a new one but gave back the old. Washer went out after 2 years, I messaged Dave on FB he stated he didn't have any. But did offer to repair my current one. My schedule would not permit a morning appointment so they came out at 8PM, and repaired it on the spot, for a small charge. 1/5 of what a new one would cost me. No it wasn't just a lid switch. Highly recommend. |

Jhanille Hutchinson | I had a horrible experience with this company. You have to pay an 89 consultation type fee which goes towards the total cost of the repair. They came to “fix” my lawn mower/riding tractor and I was told I had a 90 day warranty on the mower. And if anything went wrong to give them a call and they would come repair it for free. However, the mower didn't work after those initial repairs and when I called to make an appointment they told me it would be covered by the warranty but for some reason when the repair man came it was no longer covered. No one I spoke to would honor the so called warranty and/or apologize for giving me bad information which caused me to pay for repairs twice within a 3 month period. Had I gotten accurate information I would not have scheduled the second appointment as I already had to start paying for lawn services. Total waste of time trying to communicate with someone about my concerns. |
