| Nick Cerione | Dishwasher had an issue draining, the technician showed up on time and was very friendly. Before he opened the dishwasher I had to sit through the 10 minute pitch selling me a home warranty. I declined...obviously...and he got right to work. By the time I looped back around the house he was in the middle of fixing the clogged drain and was selling me on some cleaner fine and casually mentioned the repair was 350. No prior warning - you can buy a new DW for 400 and a decent one for 600. I didn't want to fight so I paid and he left it running a cycle to clean it out during which he was re-leveling it and spilled buckets of water all over the floor. After he was gone and the cycle ended we tried to run it again and the door didn't latch correctly and it wouldn't start. They have a 90 day "workmanship” warranty which I will not be using. Why have someone come back and do yet another poor job at repair wasting time. Cutting losses and buying a new machine not from sears. Will never use these snake oil salesman again. |
