I had a plumbing issue a few months ago on a "Saturday" and Vail was the ONLY company who returned my call and had a tech out to my house by the afternoon. This past Tuesday I came home and found my A/C wasn't working. I called Del-Air who is my regular company I use and they told me they couldn't get to me until Friday afternoon!! After asking if they were crazy, I told them "I don't think so". I called Vail and was told they had one stop before mine, but would get to me as soon as they could on Wednesday morning. As promised a tech was at my house late morning. The part was under warranty. The tech called Lennox and drove all the way over to the other side of the airport I live in Minneola, picked up the part, came back and installed it. I had working air by 3:30 p.m. God Bless this company. They are my new A/C and Plumbing company. I never write reviews, but this company deserves my kudos and I feel should get the recognition they deserve. Thank you Vail. |
