To be honest, working with this company has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a homeowner. I know they service units and warranties from other companies, but the level of "passing the buck" is awful, and actually unethical. They pulled my dishwasher out so much through various repairs that it chewed up my drain hose and water line, but they won't replace those. I asked the new repair man to make sure he had a drain hose and water line with him when he came back I was willing to pay him for this, but they "don't cover hoses attached to the unit" by which you cannot run the unit you are paying them to fix!!!!! So, what's the point of a repair if you can't use the unit they repaired when they're done!!! The level of patronizing and actually confrontational "customer service" and "management" is rude and unprofessional. The repair man was also condescending and unprofessional. It stinks that you can't use other companies since BestBuy and others are contracted with these people. Unreal.

Brian Fortune was AHHMAZING! He was early to the scheduled appointment time, which never happens with most repair techs. He was friendly, time efficient and provided great customer service, fixing the door hinge on our dryer at no cost. I highly recommend using this company if they have more techs like Brian :
