Appliance Repair by Appliance Factory in Centennial, Colorado

I purchased a 2300 mattress at the Colorado Home Show. The mattress at the show included an adjustable base and a massage feature. When I received my mattress it did not have the massage feature base. I called John the salesman who sold me the mattress to correct the problem, while the deliver drivers were still at my house. He stated he had made a mistake and the 2300 price didn't include the massage feature. John then stated that would cost an additional 400 to purchase. When I tried to explain to John that he stood right there up selling me on all the features of this 2300 mattress that the massage base was Included. I stated to John this was a platen lie by a salesman and either bring me the correct mattress base or take it all back. Well, John refused, so his drivers took the base and bed apart and loaded everything back on the truck. The mattress was already out of the bag and so were the adjustable bases. So imagine now Appliance Factory has a mattress out of the bag, 2 base parts out of their carton and the additional 1 1/2 hours in labor it took to disassemble the base frame. You would think bringing me the correct adjustable base would have been cheaper. So my next step was to go to the store and speak with Nate the manager. He too was filled with BS stories. I pointed out to both John and Nate if I'm looking at a certain mattress with features and the price tag is on the bed, this should be the bed I'm getting. Seems logical. Bottom line, Appliance Factory lured people into their Booth and lied about what the customer was really getting for their money.

Nate was incredibly helpful and patient. He explained the product well and found me exactly what I was looking for!

My wife and I are the type to shop around and make sure we are getting the best deal, with a salesperson that we get good vibes from. Greg was exactly what we were looking for. He's patient, honest, kind and knowledgeable. And what's even cooler - we were chatting with another couple at AF, and they were specifically waiting for Greg. They had dealt with him in the past, and said he's the only one they'd return to. What a relief.
