| John Sheflin | I have had this vacuum for a few years. Someone the "cap" on top was "lost" and it wasn't working. I went in to get a new cap and Mark showed me that the "cap" was actually the filter. He gave me a new one, showed me how to properly clean it and also how to make sure it doesn't get clogged. I left today's experience with Mark feeling totally justified in my purchase of this 400 vacuum which only gets used for wooden floors. Its worth it and I also see that it will last for many years since I NOW know how to take care of it!! : |
