He let me borrow his voltmeter to use at home and told me to drop it off when I was done with it. I didn't realize that he was cash/cheque only and didn't have cash on me. He gave me the part I needed and told me to just drop the money off later on. Very trusting. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. I don't know all of his price levels for different services, but he seems very down to earth and the prices seem reasonable.
